Can I change my order?
Yes,before production, you could change design or quantity whatever you want;
if boards already been launched to produce, we will check case by case.

Can I cancel my order?
If boards already been launched to produce, we may charge the cancellation cost base on status.         
                           
Can I request a special package for my order?
Sure, please advise before shipping.

Will I have to pay any fees on arrival?
Base on local import policy, you may be charged import tariff or customs clearance fees.         

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Any complaints, mail us picture which indicate the issues,PO,PN,if need return or exchange,we will advise to find the root reason and solve the problem.

What are needed for quotation?
PCB material, size, quantity, layers, thickness, copper weight, surface, any other special requests.                          

Can I get a sample?
Yes, we can provide several pieces as sample for the clients to check the quality, usually in charge.                           

Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?    
Not yet, we can provide 1PCS, the more, the better.                          

How long until my order ships?    
Depends on QTY and boards'spec: 2 day-3 weeks.                            

Why cannot I track my order yet?
We will send tracking number since goods be sent out, sometimes it needs 1 to 2 days for the deliver to put the information online.                           

Can I get a quicker delivery option that is guaranteed?
Sure, we provide expedited service.

How do you arrange shipment for us?
We ship the packages by express like DHL, UPS, Fedex etc for small weight, by air or by sea for big weight.

We are manufacturing mainly bare PCB printed circuit board, double-sided or multilayer.

Why some components are more expensive than our country?
